The Staff of Homa is an incredibly powerful 5-star weapon that is available as a premium weapon that you can use. Unfortunately, unlike other 5-star weapons in the game, the Staff of Homa is only available as a limited weapon banner. In other words, you cannot get this weapon from the Standard Banner.
This is doubly unfortunate, as it is difficult to get a weapon you need from the limited weapons banner. It can take up to 240 shots to ensure effective weapon acquisition. You should consider whether you really need the gun before taking it out.
At the time of this writing, the Staff of Homa will be available on November 2nd as a limited weapon. Upon completion of this limited weapons banner, it is unknown when it will return or if it will be added to the standard banner.

Is the Homa staff good?
The Staff of Homa is the best Pole Weapon option for most of the Pole Weapon characters in the game. It deals the highest damage for Hu Tao and Xiangling and is generally an excellent option for any Pole-Weapon character in the game.
Due to the passive of the weapon, the Staff of Homa is also a great option for the number of Pole Weapon users who scale HP in the game. Zhongli and Thoma, for example, will both greatly appreciate the Staff of Homa, as it will increase both their damage and their support abilities.
Unfortunately, as a weapon only available on the limited weapons banner, it is a very expensive weapon. It will greatly increase your damage, but consider whether or not you really need the damage upgrade, as it can take a lot of Primogems to get the weapon.
